Please talk about weight gain too...Why always fat loss? :p

  • Eat tons of good non-processed whole foods,
  • Eat 1.5 to 2grams of protein per pound of body weight per day from lean sources
  • Eat 1 to 3 grams of carbs per pound of body weight.
  • Consume the good fats like nuts, olive oil, natural peanut butter, fish oil etc
  • avoid long distance steady state cardio
  • don't go hungry at all
  • train hard, smart, and heavy.
  • Do all that very frequently.
