Sir, some guy told me to drink liver milkshake does it helps in weight gain? and how much time will building muscle take?

If there was ONE magic thing of this sort everyone would be HUGE. What causes quality weight gain is 'progressive stress' caused by resistance training and then 'recovery' with food and rest. I have not even heard of 'liver milkshake', whatever that is. Do this for a long long time and consistently and you will gain muscle.

  • How big do you want to get?
  • How high is your testosterone?
  • What's your current weight?
  • How good are you going to train?
  • What's your diet going to be like?
  • Are you genetically a hard gainer?
  • How frequently are you going to train?
  • What's your recovery ability like?

These will all decide how long it takes you to put a certain amount of weight. You will do a great job if you put on one pound of "muscle" every 4 weeks though.
