People normally cut down carbs in their diets to lose weight. Well, generally speaking most people do take more carbs than they need but beware of the 'trace' carbs in your diet. The ketchup you use, the mayonnaise and the sauces you use have the worse carbs in them - sugar and HFCS. You wouldn't look your best if you cut down on rice, bread, potato etc (the good carbs) but keep consumption of sugars high or the same. Read food labels. Any product that contains sugars IS NOT what you should be taking on a regular basis.
