You can't train for maximum endurance, raw strength, maximum flexibility, power and top speed all together at once. Know what you exactly want and then spend the time doing the 'right' thing in and outside the gym. You can't win a marathon and a sprint simoultaneously, while Olympic lifting, and wanting to look like a bodybuilder. It's not going to happen. But sadly that's what most people do in gyms. Doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. It's called 'CROSSshit'. Sorry. Crossfit.....
